A simple herbal tea can go a long way in helping with digestion and overall comfort.

One of our favorite gentle blends:

Digestive Support Tea

  • 2 parts peppermint

  • 1 part chamomile

  • 1 part lemon balm

This blend is:

  • Calming

  • Soothing to the stomach

  • Light enough for daily use

Steep 10–15 minutes and enjoy warm or cooled.
